Fees and Charges

GoTips is designed to be simple and transparent.
We do not have subscriptions or hidden costs — using the service is completely free for you. The only fees you might see are related to payouts and tip processing.

Payout fee

• A fixed fee of €2 is charged only on the first payout in each calendar month.
• All other payouts in the same month are completely free.

👉 In other words, the maximum fee you’ll ever pay for payouts in a month is just €2, no matter how often you transfer your money.

Examples

• If you request payouts once a week, you’ll pay €2 on the first payout, and the rest of the month is free.
• If you request payouts every day, you still pay only €2 for the whole month.

This small fee helps us keep payouts secure and reliable, while GoTips itself remains completely free to use.

Tips processing fee

When a customer leaves a tip, a small processing fee is applied to their payment.

👉 This fee is covered by the customer, so your balance always shows exactly the amount the customer intended to give you. Your balance reflects the full tip intended by the customer — nothing is deducted from it.

Example

If a customer decides to tip €10, the fee is deducted from their payment, but your balance still shows €10, exactly what the customer wanted you to receive.
