Payouts

With GoTips, you can withdraw your tips instantly to your bank account in most cases. As soon as tips are available in your wallet, payouts can be triggered with just a tap.

✅ Prerequisites

Before you can withdraw your tips to a bank account, please complete the following steps.

Add your IBAN (bank account number)

Navigate to your profile settings and enter your IBAN — this is where your funds will be sent.

After submitting your IBAN, the system may request proof of ownership. You’ll need to upload a document (PDF or photo) that clearly links your full name (first and last) with the IBAN.
Acceptable documents include:

• Account statement
• Account confirmation letter from your bank

Verify your identity

After receiving your first tips, the system may require you to complete identity verification.
You’ll be prompted to upload a valid ID or passport and go through a quick verification process.
This is required for the security and compliance of all payouts and is handled by a licensed financial provider.

Note

Identity verification usually takes just a few minutes, but in rare cases it may take up to 24 hours. During this time, incoming tips are not blocked — you can continue receiving them as usual.

Step 1: Understanding Your Wallet

When you receive a tip, it appears in your wallet immediately.

There are two types of balances:

• Available for payout — guaranteed, ready to be withdrawn.
• In processing — still undergoing verification and transfer from the payment processor.

💡 Typically, processing takes 1–7 days. In most cases, funds are available within 24 hours.

Step 2: When Can I make payout?

You can request a payout at any time, regardless of whether your funds are still in processing or already cleared. In 99% of cases, funds — even if marked as “processing” — will be available for instant withdrawal.

However, in rare situations, processing funds may temporarily be unavailable for payout. If this happens, simply try again a bit later — your funds are safe and will become available shortly.

Step 3: Confirm payout details

Step 4: Done! 🎉

We use SEPA Instant for instant payouts in supported European countries and currencies:

• Transfers usually arrive within seconds, though can take up to 10 minutes in rare cases.
• Only banks that support SEPA Instant can receive funds instantly, otherwise it can take up to 3 business days.

Note

Almost all banks across Europe supports SEPA instant. You may check if your bank supports SEPA Instant: SEPA Instant Participant List (PDF)

Depending on the payment provider used, the sender of the payout may appear differently on your bank statement:

• Stripe
• MAYSKAYA LAB LTD
• ZTLment ApS

Make sure your bank is not blocking incoming transfers from these providers.

Troubleshooting

In most cases, payouts are processed smoothly and arrive within minutes. However, if you experience any issues:

• Our support team will proactively reach out via email if we detect a problem with your payout.
• If your funds haven’t arrived within 24 hours after initiating a withdrawal, we recommend contacting our support team for assistance.
